What you will do

• Establish and refine the future project roadmap in cooperation with R&D stakeholders.
• Manage project dependencies across software and hardware teams, acting as a technical representative in decision meetings.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Patient Engagement team, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical context alignment between various development teams.
• Handle technical roadblocks, bug reports, and stakeholder communications across different value streams.
• Document ideations, priority discussions, and strategic decisions for the team.

Requirements

• Experience in project or team leadership within software development, preferably in backend engineering.
• Background in B2C focused organizations with an understanding of end-user experience and expectations.
• Ability to operate in highly technical R&D settings with a curious mindset regarding technology.
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on tasks like roadmap maintenance and bug-tracker organization.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and manage a broad landscape of internal and external stakeholders.
