What you will do

• Support and maintain cloud services and core hybrid infrastructure.
• Assist in security and compliance work across environments and systems.
• Automate operational tasks and processes to increase efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with development and service delivery teams for troubleshooting and incident handling.
• Create documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in IT operations, security, or a related field.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting or a strong willingness to learn.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SIEM tooling or SOC workflows.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and SSO solutions.
• Awareness of PKI or cryptography concepts.
• Relevant security certifications or coursework.
