What you will do

• Design and implement highly available, scalable, secure, resilient platform with SDLC best practices alongside DevOps Lead and Engineering Team.
• Debug tooling, infrastructure issues, performance bottlenecks, and dispatch product issues.
• Optimize Azure-based test environments for high-volume, fast, cost-efficient test execution with QA Leads.
• Promote observability tooling (monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, self-healing) and operational excellence.
• Design, implement, and document test environments, frameworks, and automated tests.
• Participate in scrum meetings, ensure compliance with governance policies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in Azure DevOps: administering CI/CD, YAML pipelines, build/release configurations.
• Experience with Azure Boards, Git, GitHub repositories.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (preferred OpenTofu).
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Software engineering background (C# or Python), containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS), Helm.
• Strong Azure PaaS knowledge (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage), observability tools (Application Insights, Log Analytics, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog).
• Upper-Intermediate English and above.

Nice to have

• Configuration management (Chef, Puppet, Ansible), other clouds (AWS), IaC (Pulumi).
• Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL), networking, security best practices, Docker.
• JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Angular, React), unit testing, Agile/Scrum, MLOps, AI-assisted tooling, insurance knowledge.
