What you will do

• Own and improve AWS cloud infrastructure and the Kubernetes platform.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Build and maintain shared platform services and tooling used across the engineering organization.
• Support engineering teams via a rotating goalie responsibility to troubleshoot and implement platform best practices.
• Contribute to the Authentication and Authorization platform.
• Enhance platform reliability, security, observability, and developer experience.
• Explore AI, automation, and agentic tooling to optimize platform operations and workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating AWS infrastructure in production environments.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).
• Strong technical judgment regarding trade-offs between reliability, security, scalability, and speed.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a mostly remote team setup.
• Pragmatic and curious mindset towards new technologies and AI-enabled ways of working.
