Data & AI Solution Architect (GenAI)

Location: Tokyo, Japan. Must be eligible to work full-time in Japan.

What you will do

• Lead technical presales engagements, including customer discussions, requirements analysis, and solution proposal development.
• Design and architect GenAI and data platform solutions aligned to customer requirements and best practices.
• Lead or support the delivery of customer projects to ensure successful technical execution.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop opportunities related to GenAI and data platforms.
• Develop internal capabilities and reusable assets, contributing to GenAI platforms and innovation initiatives.
• Provide guidance to team members and promote best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work full-time in Japan.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken).
• Strong experience in machine learning, data platforms, or AI solution development with real-world implementations.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or scikit-learn.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments, specifically Azure or AWS.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and modern Generative AI concepts.
