What you will do

• Manage and be accountable for a series of projects according to client standards, focusing on internal and external service integration.
• Strengthen project governance by chairing meetings, checkpoints, and boards while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including realistic plans and Gantt charts in project management systems.
• Monitor project scope, budget, and resources, providing mitigation strategies for identified risks and issues.
• Supervise the delivery of products and services by external suppliers, ensuring contract compliance.
• Facilitate PMO initiatives regarding cost estimation, resource requirements, and yearly demand cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree plus minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• PM Certification required (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP, or PM2 Certified).
• Minimum 9 years of experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams in international ICT environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing cloud implementation projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in highly regulated or public/government environments.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level minimum).

Nice to have

• Foundation Cloud Certifications.
• Knowledge of Public IT procurement and EU tendering processes.
• Experience with infrastructure projects and system integration with third-party providers.
