What you will do

• Lead the programme controls function, monitoring accuracy and consistency of plans, costs, and performance reporting.
• Establish and maintain effective control processes in compliance with the Guide to Railway Investment Projects (GRIP).
• Review project proposals and develop realistic resource plans for programme delivery.
• Provide day-to-day reporting on plans, costs, safety, and environment to Project and Programme Managers.
• Manage the production of the Investment Plan in compliance with the Investment Competence Framework.

Requirements

• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and analysis for major infrastructure projects in sectors such as rail, aviation, water/utilities, or highways.
• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in London or the South East.
