What you will do

• Develop and manage effective project control strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Lead the development of robust project schedules, including WBS structures, cost loading, and critical path analysis.
• Establish cost engineering systems to monitor and report project performance in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Drive risk management processes, including risk register maintenance and quantitative risk analysis.
• Oversee project reporting, including KPI development and monthly project board updates.
• Support contract management through NEC programme acceptance and compensation event impact assessments.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Warrington, UK.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Construction Management, including 8 years in a leadership role within project controls.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and risk analysis tools (e.g., Deltek Acumen Risk, Safran Risk).
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts and ERP systems like SAP.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with experience in PMO environments.
