What you will do

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Tech & Business team across Tech, Data, Finance, People, and Commercial domains.
• Act as a senior talent advisor to organizational leaders to anticipate needs and market risks.
• Design and implement advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent.
• Establish and maintain high hiring bars and evolve recruiting standards and guidelines.
• Strengthen and scale recruiting operations and processes to support company growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in executing high-impact talent acquisition strategies.
• Exceptional skills in sourcing, assessment, and candidate calibration.
• Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with senior leadership.
• Experience working in a startup environment with a global footprint.
• Ability to collect and interpret data to measure the impact of hiring initiatives.
• Proficiency in using and maintaining ATS tools for accurate data tracking.
