Salary: €75,000 - €95,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the agentic product lifecycle and multi-cycle roadmap across the core product suite (Hire, Manage, and Grow).
• Act as the primary product lead for an AI/LLM-native engineering team, collaborating on agent architectures and tooling.
• Translate the long-term AI vision into pragmatic, shippable increments with clear execution metrics.
• Monitor the agentic HR landscape and test monetization hypotheses, including per-agent pricing models.
• Establish and track adoption metrics to measure the transition to a System of Action.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping production-grade AI/agentic products or developer tooling.
• Strong technical fluency in LLMs, agent architectures, MCP-style patterns, and LLM evaluation methodologies.
• English: C1 level proficiency required.
• High product judgment and a commercial mindset focused on adoption and customer value.
• Experience with asynchronous communication and clear documentation in a remote-first collaboration model.

Nice to have

• Literacy in the European market, specifically regarding AI regulation and compliance.
• Experience managing cross-border stakeholder groups.
