What you will do

• Scope and lead technical initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to solution delivery.
• Investigate system issues by tracing problems through the stack, analyzing code, SQL queries, and data pipelines.
• Design and implement anomaly detection systems to ensure financial data reliability.
• Automate inefficient manual processes through direct code changes and cross-team coordination.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with financial partners to troubleshoot technical problems and drive product alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical role such as Technical Operations, Software Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven ability to write high-quality, scalable code.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization with experience analyzing complex datasets.
• Comfortable using developer tools like git.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, including debugging and reading technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with accounting, financial reporting, or compliance domains.
