What you will do

• Implement and support an integrated risk management framework across major capital programmes.
• Facilitate the identification, assessment, and prioritization of threats, opportunities, and issues.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels.
• Maintain visibility of trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling and budget drawdown.
• Produce timely risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with contractors to assess contractor-held and client-held risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a risk delivery role on major projects or programmes.
• Proficiency in probabilistic modelling tools such as @risk, PRA, or Safran.
• Working understanding of integrated risk management processes (risk, cost, and schedule).
• Degree qualified in a construction-related subject.
• Must be based in London, UK to support rail projects in London and the South East of England.

Nice to have

• APM/IRM risk certification.
• Familiarity with web-based database tools like ARM, Predict, or Tableau.
