What you will do

• Direct multi-disciplinary project teams across Creative, Finance, and Legal to establish scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee the planning and execution of enabling infrastructure, including public roadways and bridges.
• Manage overall site logistics for the resort complex in accordance with CDM and statutory requirements.
• Control project finances, including budgets, cash flow, and change orders, to maintain targeted objectives.
• Ensure strict compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards and contractor safety plans.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including third-party developers and governmental bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management and infrastructure delivery.
• Expertise in project scheduling, estimating, bidding processes, and negotiations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Bluebeam; AutoCAD and Revit are preferred.
• Must be able to travel regularly across the UK and occasionally internationally.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods for rail and roadway structures.
