What you will do

• Process and review daily accounting transactions to ensure validity, accuracy, and complete documentation.
• Manage month-end close activities and prepare journal entries according to global timelines.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, and Certify for payment processing and financial recording.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses, reconciliations, and reports for Finance, Tax, and Business Accounting stakeholders.
• Collaborate on process documentation, workflow improvements, and internal control efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit requirements by maintaining organized accounting records.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in accounts payable, general accounting, and/or audit.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/applications.
• Fluent English (effective verbal and written communication).
• Must be based in Quezon City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Experience working within multinational operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP Ariba, and automated expense management tools.
• Project management skills, including planning, risk management, and problem-solving.
