What you will do

• Own the full AI agent program for sales and pipeline processes.
• Design the business logic, triggers, and decision-making frameworks for GTM agents.
• Continuously evaluate the AI and sales automation tool landscape to recommend adoption or deprioritization.
• Define and maintain quality standards and test cases for production-ready GTM agents.
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, RevOps, and SDR leadership to translate operational needs into architecture.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to ensure correct deployment on shared infrastructure.

Requirements

• Track record of designing and owning automation or AI systems in a GTM environment.
• Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS sales processes, pipeline management, and outbound sequencing.
• Strong command of Salesforce and relevant signals for pipeline health.
• Practical experience with LLMs and agentic AI, including an understanding of their reliability and limitations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to ship effective solutions quickly.
• Ability to operate comfortably in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving space.
