What you will do

• Own internal product surfaces for the revenue organization, focusing on rep enablement, AI-assisted deal prep, and guided workflows.
• Develop retention and expansion products to proactively identify churn risk and drive growth conversations.
• Integrate CRM, conversation intelligence, and product usage data into coherent, actionable internal workflows.
• Implement LLM-powered features such as summaries, call prep, and automated follow-ups with clear quality metrics.
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to identify and solve systemic operational problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping impactful web products end-to-end.
• Experience building internal tools or platforms with a deep understanding of internal user UX expectations.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, including prompt behavior and output quality tradeoffs.
• Ability to frame and solve high-level technical problems at the system level.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on complex systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong analytical skills for both qualitative discovery and quantitative product data validation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GTM tech stack such as Salesforce, Gong, or Gainsight.
• Experience with retention or CS-focused products, including churn signals and health scores.
