What you will do

  • Act as the central hub across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product to ensure unified GTM strategy and messaging.
  • Convert technical product releases into actionable materials and build automated AI workflows for their distribution.
  • Develop and maintain an automated internal Knowledge Base as the single source of truth for the organization.
  • Design and lead training sessions to improve product fluency and sales excellence across GTM teams.
  • Redesign manual or broken GTM processes into AI-powered workflows, including full-loop generation and measurement.
  • Evaluate and prototype emerging AI tools to drive real business impact and ROI.

Requirements

  • Deep fluency in GTM functions, specifically how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operate.
  • AI Native proficiency with a proven track record of building autonomous AI workflows.
  • Experience in B2B startups or early-stage companies with maturing GTM functions.
  • Strong systems thinking and a builder mindset to create scalable automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of simplifying complex information for both sales reps and C-suite executives.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, onboarding, or customer operations.
