What you will do

• Partner with product GTM and sales teams early in the sales lifecycle to sell services offerings.
• Design services packages and proposals for new accounts and market segments.
• Define priorities, scope, and resource requirements for program and product implementation services.
• Assist customers in building business cases for automation ROI.
• Support partner delivery by scoping, contracting, and onboarding partner teams.
• Align services offerings and experience to the specific business needs of the Financial Industry.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of professional experience in customer-facing or services selling roles.
• Strong knowledge of the role and value of a professional services organization in enterprise software.
• Experience building and selling repeatable offerings and measuring outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Agentic, and automation technologies and their business value.
• Ability to partner effectively with sales teams and network within a GTM organization.
