What you will do

• Establish and scale product operations frameworks to improve clarity, execution, and decision making across teams.
• Build mechanisms to collect and operationalize user feedback influencing product priorities.
• Develop product analytics and reporting to illuminate usage patterns and adoption trends.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams by coordinating workflows and managing dependencies.
• Create and maintain standardized operating models, documentation, and SOPs to reduce friction.
• Lead enablement efforts including training and communication to ensure full product adoption.

Requirements

• Location: Dubai
• 5+ years experience in product operations, product management, business operations, or program management in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong product intuition, business acumen, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with product analytics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical mindset.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail driven.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise internal systems or B2B platforms (procurement, contract lifecycle, ERP, HRIS).
• Experience building Voice of Customer or product analytics programs from scratch.
• Experience applying automation or AI to operational workflows.
