What you will do

• Develop in-game meta content with a focus on character presentation under the Art Director's guidance.
• Set up complete 3D meta scenes, including lighting, cameras, textures, and VFX.
• Create and implement 3D, 2D, and VFX assets directly into Unity.
• Optimize art assets and animations to ensure high technical performance within budgets.
• Test and provide feedback on art tools and pipelines for the game's meta.
• Collaborate with animators and designers to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in creating high-quality 3D, 2D, and VFX assets for Unity.
• Strong experience with game art pipelines and cross-discipline production workflows.
• Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) and Maya, Max, or Z-Brush.
• Deep understanding of PBR, real-time lighting, and 3D/2D fundamentals.
• Knowledge of technical constraints and optimization for mobile game art.

Nice to have

• Technical art skills, such as shader creation or procedural tools.
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation.
