What you will do

• Conceive and create innovative artistic visuals for AAA titles.
• Develop and implement solid art production pathways.
• Manage resources, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
• Liaise with and present work to clients in an authoritative and professional manner.
• Mentor junior team members and manage art outsourcing.
• Troubleshoot and find creative solutions while assessing technical risks.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in console development with at least 2 shipped titles.
• Proficiency in Maya, Unreal, Substance, and ZBrush.
• Strong portfolio showcasing examples of realistic modelling and environment art.
• Artistic education to at least graduate level.
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing deadlines and budgets with excellent time management.

Nice to have

• Good environment lighting skills and a keen eye for scene composition.
• Experience working on mobile projects.
• Experience with iterative development and rapid gameplay prototyping.
