What you will do

• Partner with international business lines to translate business models and growth priorities into scalable card issuing strategies.
• Lead the end-to-end design of card products, covering lifecycle management, authorization controls, transaction processing, and settlement flows.
• Own the full product lifecycle from conceptualization and design to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Enhance issuing capabilities by analyzing user feedback, operational pain points, and emerging regulatory trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, compliance, finance, and engineering teams to deliver capabilities efficiently across markets.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• Strong experience in consumer-facing product lifecycle management and user research.
• Deep domain knowledge of payments, wallets, card issuing, or digital banking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong logical and structural thinking with the ability to abstract complex business requirements.
