What you will do

• Manage biometric and data deliverables, including data management and statistical programming services.
• Develop budgets and project timelines for moderate complexity projects using MS Project.
• Monitor financial KPIs, handle invoicing, and align project progress with contracted payment schedules.
• Identify risks and escalate issues, collaborating with functional line management for resolution.
• Drive customer satisfaction and implement account growth plans to increase annual revenue.
• Lead or participate in RFIs, RFPs, and bid defenses in collaboration with the proposals team.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Expert knowledge of scientific principles and concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and intermediate Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with ICH, 21CFR Part 11, ISO 9001:2000, FDA, and GCP requirements.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with clinical trials and pharmaceutical development.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards.
