What you will do

• Partner with the Region Head to strengthen institutional coverage in Romandie.
• Drive a structured sales process from lead generation to conversion with disciplined pipeline management.
• Manage and deepen existing institutional client relationships.
• Originate new business opportunities through established market access.
• Lead RFP and tender processes to ensure optimal client solutions.
• Contribute to regional roadshows and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven sales experience in institutional client acquisition.
• Native French and fluent English (C1) proficiency.
• Established professional network within Romandie-based institutional clients.
• University degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Broad investment product knowledge.
• Must be based in Geneva, Switzerland.
