What you will do

• Administer team efficiency and ensure the integrity of laboratory services
• Coordinate lab activities including resource planning, tidiness, and equipment sourcing
• Organize training and mentor Test Engineers to enhance team competence and growth
• Manage participation in Proficiency Testing programs
• Implement, maintain, and improve laboratory management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and CBTL requirements

Requirements

• College degree or above
• Technical background in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Physics, or related subjects
• At least five years of related working experience
