Web Development Manager (Webflow)

What you will do

• Define the web development roadmap aligned with business objectives and evaluate new tools and platforms.
• Build and maintain pixel-perfect Webflow sites and execute complex website migrations with minimal downtime.
• Manage and mentor a globally dispersed team of developers, providing code reviews, feedback, and conducting 1:1s.
• Create and deploy automations using Zapier, Make, and custom scripts to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product) to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Optimize and enforce QA processes to ensure site performance, accessibility, and SEO standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of web development experience, including 4+ years in a management role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Webflow, WordPress, and Figma.
• Native-level English fluency (written and verbal) is required.
• Must be local to the Chicagoland area or proximate for in-person workshops.
• Proven experience with complex website migrations and strong command of SEO and UX/UI principles.
• Valid authorization to work in the country of application (no visa sponsorship provided).

• Extensive agency experience with the ability to manage 20+ websites.
