What you will do

• Own the website roadmap, balancing conversion priorities with long-term architecture and brand standards.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers, UX designers, and SEO/AEO specialists.
• Drive CRO strategy through A/B and multivariate testing to increase MQL rates and free trial sign-ups.
• Oversee SEO and AEO strategies to improve organic visibility and adapt to AI-driven search changes.
• Manage the web tech stack, CMS, and ensure Core Web Vitals, page speed, and WCAG accessibility compliance.
• Define the web analytics framework and report site performance and pipeline contribution to marketing leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, or web development.
• 2-3 years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Proven track record of owning B2B SaaS marketing websites and driving organic traffic growth.
• Deep familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with GA4, Looker, Hotjar, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of CRO methodology and experimentation best practices.
• Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
