What you will do

• Leverage AI-assisted development and agentic workflows to increase engineering velocity and product quality.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams in delivering scalable SaaS products and platform services.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to ensure iterative, customer-focused delivery.
• Drive technical design, architecture, and implementation of new software solutions.
• Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and perform reliably under high traffic.
• Partner with engineering leadership to refine development processes and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with expertise in guiding architecture and engineering execution.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable systems that handle high load.
• Experience leading teams within Agile and iterative product development environments.
• Proficiency in AI-first and agentic development approaches to accelerate workflows.
• Excellent organizational leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
