What you will do
- Build and own a client portfolio through proactive outreach and pitching services to new companies.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding hiring needs and negotiating terms to drive repeat business.
- Identify and engage high-calibre professionals within a specific niche to build strong talent pipelines.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial business development and candidate introduction to offer negotiation and placement.
- Utilize best-in-class systems, data, and tools to identify market opportunities and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree (2:1 or above) or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
- Strong sales drive and motivation by targets, results, and earning potential.
- Resilience and comfort with rejection in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
- Confident and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven work ethic and accountability for performance outcomes.
- Location: Must be based in Singapore
