What you will do

• Maintain SKU-level forecasts by route to market and month using depletion data and offtake trends.
• Execute the monthly S&OP process, serving as a key liaison between Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations tied to business strategy.
• Manage data entry and integrity within SAP and the Customer Profitability Management (CPM) tool.
• Build and maintain advanced analytical tools and dashboards to improve forecast visibility.
• Perform root-cause analyses of variances between forecasts and actuals to strengthen planning processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, forecasting, or sales planning within the CPG industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or valid visa holders).
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to interpret complex sales data and present insights to executive management.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP Cloud Analytics.
• Proficiency in coding languages like Python, R, or SQL.
