What you will do

• Manage existing projects and allocate resources to meet customer requirements for electronics product lines.
• Provide on-site technical support to ensure successful application and integration of products.
• Evaluate new product performance and simulate customer applications within a laboratory setting.
• Perform root cause analysis on electrical and mechanical failures of electronics materials.
• Develop and implement test methods to meet the expectations of domestic and international customers.
• Generate application-related data packages and provide technical training and equipment demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, an Associate degree with 3+ years of experience or a High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in DOE (Design of Experiments) and FA (Failure Analysis).
• Location: Must be based in South China (Hybrid)
