What you will do

• Lead the technical architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement and manage complex customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and compliance with security standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal users on data management and SFMC capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams within Agile squads to confirm priorities and clarify requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in IT/IT related fields or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical objectives.
• Experience working in Agile squads, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong focus on scale, standardization, and process optimization.
