What you will do

• Lead development groups, providing technical guidance and application leadership to team members.
• Design and implement software applications using agile methods.
• Define solution designs, integration strategies, data models, and roadmaps based on client requirements.
• Develop source code and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate new architectures and Salesforce capabilities.
• Govern integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience leading the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Batch Apex, and APIs.
• Experience developing applications using Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns such as MVC, Microservices, and Event-driven design.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, or Irving, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data.
• Ability to design and integrate AI-driven workflows using Agentforce capabilities.
• Experience deploying and maintaining software using AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado or Azure DevOps.
