What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end airfreight operations aligned with global policies and customer needs.
• Resolve shipment exceptions and act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure productivity and strict SOP compliance.
• Manage data accuracy and milestone updates while overseeing billing and cost control.
• Monitor carrier performance and provide actionable feedback to improve service quality.
• Support strategic initiatives including carrier integrations and client onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Strong working knowledge of air freight import and export processes.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members.
• Must be based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
