What you will do

• Coordinate logistics solutions and transportation resources through vendors and in-house assets to ensure profitability.
• Manage shipment progress and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure timely and efficient delivery execution.
• Oversee driver compliance with customer requirements and hirify.global SOPs.
• Manage delivery documentation and ensure the timely return of documents to customers.
• Maintain shipment tracking records and vendor profiles, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics Coordination, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Location: Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
