• Coordinate and follow up on shipments, providing internal and external reporting via email and EDI.
• Oversee documentation, administration, filing, and invoicing processes.
• Perform freight audits and manage non-conformance reporting based on KPIs.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors according to agreed rates.
