What you will do

• Carry out risk assessments in accordance with ISO 12100.
• Support projects with specific requirements regarding hazard and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department to maintain rescue plans and residual risk registers.
• Provide technical support to the Sales department on product safety inquiries.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Deep knowledge of the European Machinery Directive (and successor Machinery Regulation) and harmonized standards (ISO 12100, ISO 14122, ISO 13857).
• Experience using Safexpert software.
• English: C1-C2 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
• Availability to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the wind energy sector.
• Knowledge of PDM systems such as Teamcenter and Windchill.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or German.
