What you will do

• Own product design for key initiatives with a high level of autonomy.
• Audit existing product surfaces to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for stronger systemization.
• Define and evolve a cohesive visual language and maintain responsive, variant-based component libraries in Figma.
• Translate research and UX intent into polished visual designs and interaction patterns.
• Structure design tokens and documentation to be clear, reusable, and machine-readable for AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner closely with product and engineering to ensure design quality throughout implementation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product design for web applications, SaaS, or design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong systems thinking and high-quality visual execution.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including variables, component properties, and Auto Layout.
• Position requires working USA Business Hours.
• Proactive, ownership-minded working style with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for data-rich products, workflow-heavy interfaces, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with design tokens and system documentation standards.
• Experience designing for multi-surface applications (web, embedded, mobile, or extensions).
