What you will do

• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Harness CI and Jenkins for a global engineering organization.
• Identify and eliminate systemic friction in the developer lifecycle using DORA and SPACE methodologies to improve velocity.
• Develop high-performance internal tooling, CLI utilities, and dashboards using Svelte and backend services.
• Optimize containerized build/test workloads on Kubernetes (EKS), focusing on resource tuning and autoscaling with Karpenter/KEDA.
• Build automated data pipelines via Airbyte and observability dashboards using ELK Stack, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Integrate automated security gates (Veracode SAST/SCA) into CI/CD pipelines to shift security left.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Developer Productivity, DevEx, DevOps, or Build/Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver production-quality systems in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Helm, AWS, Chef, and Ansible.
• Strong experience with build systems like Maven, Gradle, and Ant, and languages including Python, Java, Groovy, and Bash.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in the United States (Redwood City, CA).

• Experience working specifically within developer experience or platform engineering teams.
