What you will do

• Manage international, multi-site production infrastructure including design, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Administer infrastructure services and operational support systems while ensuring high availability.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure development processes align with established standards.
• Identify system incidents, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis.
• Establish baselines for system performance and capacity planning.
• Participate in an on-call rota to support emergency maintenance and 24/7 service operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Extensive experience with cloud migration and management in AWS.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet.
• Strong experience managing and tuning both Linux and Windows systems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control (GIT), and containerization (Docker).
• Must be based in the UK or Europe to support regional operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed service monitoring tools like Nagios or Shinken.
• Knowledge of modern database systems such as MySQL, ElasticSearch, or MongoDB.
• Experience with virtualization tools like ESXi and vCenter.
