Location: Hybrid (Durham office, 3 days per week)

Salary: $97,600 - $134,200

What you will do

• Develop and codify company expertise into documentation for data users and life science partners to improve the translation of RWD into RWE.
• Create scalable KM resources, including technical documentation, webinars, and visualizations, to support analytical planning and statistical analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert in EHR-derived RWD capabilities and industry-standard RWE methodologies.
• Partner with oncologists, solution managers, and software engineers to translate complex data into accessible resources tailored to specific audiences.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to align technical approaches with overarching business goals and drive actionable outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 2-3 years of industry experience, or a PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
• Experience analyzing observational data from registries, healthcare claims, or electronic health records (EHR).
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively to diverse audiences in both oral and written forms.
• Familiarity with R or a strong commitment to becoming proficient in the language.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Durham office (Hybrid: 3 days/week).
