What you will do

• Own high-impact processes from discovery to deployment ensuring repeatability and measurable impact
• Design and automate workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and LLMs to improve scalability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities
• Analyze and optimize productivity, quality, and financial outcomes through dashboards and reporting pipelines

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Mountain View, CA
• 2+ years experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles in tech or startups
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data querying, analysis, and automation
• Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects autonomously in fast-changing environments

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems
• Experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools
• Experience with LLMs, SQL apps, or data pipelines
