What you will do

• Lead the Digital Experience product area in Prisma Access to build a world-class analytics framework for User to Application experience Monitoring.
• Define and evolve the experience scoring and ML-driven baselining framework for turning raw telemetry into trustworthy scores and anomaly detection.
• Own the incident and user synthetics experience, shaping how anomalies become prioritized, explainable, and actionable incidents.
• Rapidly prototype product demos and UI concepts using vibe coding and AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product leadership to drive successful product release and adoption.
• Partner with product marketing to create customer-driven messaging and content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience with a bachelor's in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager in Observability, DEM, APM, Analytics/Business Intelligence, or AIOps.
• Experience building data-rich products and implementing data visualizations.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to market success.
• Prior experience with networking and leveraging AI tools for product requirements.
• Must have US work authorization; no immigration sponsorship available.
