What you will do

  • Define positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for hirify.global Pulse to create a new market category.
  • Lead product launch activities across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex ecosystems.
  • Develop buyer persona documentation for C-suite executives including CISO, CTO, and CFO.
  • Create a comprehensive sales enablement suite including battle cards, pitch decks, and ROI frameworks.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence in the emerging deepfake detection and meeting security market.
  • Collaborate with demand generation on campaigns to educate the market and drive inbound interest.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience in emerging or category-defining markets.
  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, identity verification, or AI-driven security products to enterprise buyers.
  • Proven ability to develop messaging for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple formats (writing samples required).
  • Experience building sales enablement materials actively used by AEs and SDRs.
  • Experience working in a pod, squad, or agile marketing model.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to HR, talent acquisition, or financial risk functions.
  • Familiarity with video collaboration platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) as distribution channels.
  • Background in AI/ML or generative AI product marketing.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (DemandBase), Salesforce, and Marketo.
