What you will do

• Supervise the preparation of US consolidated federal and state income tax returns.
• Manage tax planning, reporting, and compliance functions for the organization.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of tax professionals.
• Develop strategies to minimize tax obligations based on company activities.
• Assist the Tax Director with external federal, state, and local income tax audits.
• Provide input for the country budget and support tax credit generation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in corporate tax.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Prior international experience or experience managing international projects.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Taxation.
• Proficiency in French and/or Spanish.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle 12, Corptax, or ONESOURCE.
