What you will do

• Oversee preparation and review of property tax returns and coordinate timely payments across jurisdictions.
• Lead consulting and advisory efforts to identify tax savings opportunities and provide valuation support.
• Manage client engagements as the primary point of contact for compliance and consulting services.
• Lead audit defense efforts and respond to taxing authority inquiries.
• Supervise and develop team members while ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in property tax compliance or tax consulting.
• CPA, JD, or Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation required.
• Strong knowledge of personal/real property tax rules and valuation principles.
• Proficiency with property tax software and data tools such as PTMS or Power BI.
• Ability to travel as needed.
