What you will do

• Lead business analysis activities including discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Configure ServiceNow applications including workflows, forms, UI policies, and notifications.
• Act as the Functional Subject Matter Expert within Agile delivery teams.
• Collaborate with technical developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• Must hold a minimum Baseline security clearance.
• Strong expertise in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow configuration (Flow Designer, forms, data relationships).
• Solid understanding of ITIL-aligned processes and enterprise business workflows.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Business Analyst or Implementation Specialist certifications.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator status.
