What you will do

• Define and shape the strategic direction for product reliability and performance using customer and commercial insights.
• Lead cross-functional programs to drive alignment and governance across matrixed organizations.
• Collaborate with TV, Commercial, Brand Marketing, and Product teams to coordinate delivery.
• Define and track KPIs to measure performance and translate trends into improvements.
• Create high-impact materials and communicate progress to Director-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven ability to execute customer propositions and commercial strategies.
• Experience leading change and delivering initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Analytical excellence in interpreting data sets and identifying strategic trends.
• Strong communication skills for influencing senior executives.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

• Experience partnering with Product teams to translate pain points into prioritised roadmaps.
