What you will do

• Own and mature Microsoft Intune and JAMF Pro environments, including Autopilot, DEP/ABM, and configuration profiles.
• Architect the integration between Intune and JAMF to maintain a unified security posture across platforms.
• Design and deploy Zero Touch provisioning workflows for both Windows and macOS to ensure immediate productivity for new hires.
• Build and enforce device compliance policies (encryption, OS currency) and partner with security teams for vulnerability remediation.
• Automate device management tasks, reporting, and remediation using PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripts.
• Manage the full device lifecycle from enrollment to retirement and handle Tier 3 escalations from the Global Helpdesk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing endpoints at scale in a corporate environment.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, Conditional Access, Entra ID) and JAMF Pro (DEP, JAMF Connect, scripting).
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and Bash/Shell for automation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and the Apple device lifecycle.
• Solid experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS administration and troubleshooting.
• Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas

• Relevant certifications: Microsoft Certified (Intune/Endpoint Manager), JAMF 200/300/370, or Apple Certified.
