What you will do

• Support and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment, including device policies and application management.
• Deploy and manage Win32 and Store applications via Intune.
• Manage device enrollment, provisioning, and the implementation of compliance policies.
• Configure and monitor Windows Update for Business (WUfB) update rings and feature policies.
• Maintain endpoint security configurations, including antivirus, firewall settings, and BitLocker encryption.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for endpoint-related issues and maintain internal IT documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM) or similar endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
• Understanding of device management concepts, including enrollment and compliance.
• Familiarity with Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• English: Good level of spoken and written proficiency.
• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting knowledge with PowerShell.
